The Pulse

The Pulse is a night club well known to be owned by the masked group Libra. The Pulse is often filled on the weekends, with a dozen hundred customers on average. It's masked members are never seen in costume at the club itself.
The Pulse has a long history of selling relatively harmless drugs to it's patrons. Sentinels and gang members alike are allowed inside, but are expected to act under Truce while within.
