Sudan Bhassa
Sub-Director in charge of handling the Sentinels within the Wine Crown, Sudan is well known for treating her charges in a much more militaristic nature than those of other districts. While her goals have allowed for a lower causality rate amongst all Mask encounters, it has all caused many to view her treatment of Luminaries as child soldiers.
