Warner Togglestone
The Sub-Director in charge of the Narrow Spring Sentinels. Warner Togglestone was put in charge due to their long history of service within Slosteria's military. Known for their more collected personality and slow demeaner, Warner was decided a good fit to counteract Tock's more impulsive personality.
Warner has held a staunch position on how best to keep the peace within his district. While many believe Warner to be a pacifist, their methodology has allowed Narrow Spring to possess one of the lowest crime rates within Periton .
