Mi'rar'i
Mi'rar'i was the Commander of The Citadel, just before its destruction at the hands of the Ka-Tet.
It is believed that she is the second in command, to Green Marvent, of an illegal sect named The Illuminated.
She was defeated by the Ka-Tet, but believed not to be dead, with her whereabouts unknown after she fled them by using a Plane Shift spell.
