The Citadel
Located on the Plane of Fire, The Citadel was accessed by the Ka-Tet via a portal in Sigil's Mortuary.
It is believed it is the base of operations for Shadowflame and the Brothers of the Blackflame.
It is a fortress protected by the fires of the Plane by a dome-like forcefield, that was controlled by a gem on an alter in a central temple area of the castle
It was Commanded by Mi'rar'i at the time of the fortresses storming by the Ka-Tet, seeking answers as to the missing Bubbers and Barmys. She was defeated but not killed during their encounter, fleeing her doom via Plane Shift spell.
The party took the critical gem, thus leading to its destruction as they left the Plane of Fire.
