Maintain a deployable force, lead men into combat.

Responsibilities

Making sure men are ready and able to complete contracts.

Benefits

Third highest pay, in charge of a small force of men.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Can be removed by anyone above then OR if 3/4 of men under their command vote them out.
