Requirements

10 years in leadership position in Ironheart Brigade,

Appointment

Either appointed by previous Ironheart OR 3/4 approval of Officer Corp. At appointment must host a show of arms and feast.

Duties

Maintaining contracts, approving/changing rules of brigade, lead men when in large formations, and be a badass.

Responsibilities

Managing public image and managing officer corp

Benefits

Gains highest pay grade, ability to summon the brigade, leader of a mercenary company.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

If 3/4 of brigade (officer and enlisted) vote him out and can agree on new leadership. The removed Ironheart can be demoted to Iron Commander or retire as Iron Commander.
