Team Accel
Team Accel is a crime syndicate based in the Thenia region. Many of the group's details are shrouded in mystery, but its design and modus operandi suggest that it was at least partially inspired by Team Rocket. It is assumed that this group did not exist before the Olympia Disaster. In the period after the Blinding, the group has taken over Allegro, offering protection and goods in exchange for a weekly tribute collected from the populace.
