Ch.2 Wisconia, Yssini's Buisness

Return to Emery and The Barrier

Emery is protecting the barrier. He is running the ritual for it in exchange for access to the Citadels craft hall at the end of this, and the lawbots as toys for himself. He has always wondered how The Mayor built them to function.   Emery "flee's wisconia" (He returns to watch the final battle and make it harder if necessary, hijacking the ritual. If the players Flee Wisconia then Yes will escape and beg them to return while soaked in blood. If they still don't No will hunt them down and smash through the earth into her hidden chamber of Topaz.   Defeating Emery, destroying the barrier or, allying with Emery will cause him to give you a Wakend Dragon Vessel  

The Final Battle

Yes is hung from the wall in dragon form by long chains made of dragon scale. She is at 5hp and unconscious.   "Leave this place, run as far as you can, you might live a whole nother day before I find you." No says from far above in a cavern nook.   "You cannot stop me, I feel the water in your flesh, ready to be desicatted from your very bones. I will begin my ritual, I will absorb the mayors flesh, I will fuse with the core of the Temple, then I will be truly magnficent. Wisconia will never again seem weak under my rule. I will stop the slivers like you from being created, no more trash sorters, mercenaries, run away spell users, or raging cattle. Just, the worthy. Only five minutes, five minutes from now I will rise. Watch and then perish trying to stop the unstoppable." She gloats, the circle thumps, the air feels humid and thick.   Ritual process. The ritual progresses slowly over one 50 rounds, each round Yssini is in the circle counts as two rounds of progress. During the first 5 rounds it warms up with no effect. Rounds 0-5, the circle hums, glows, and topaz begins to grow Rounds 5-10, Yssini absorbs the power of the nearby topazes, which shatter and she regains half her maximum HP. Rounds 10-15, The mayors corpse is consumed by the ritual and the players make a DC 20 Dex save or be knocked back ten feet, and prone. The air smells of dust and death. Rounds 20-25, Water floods the arena and fills up by five feet per round. Rounds 25-30, The water whirlpools into the center ritual and freezes into the skeleton of a dragon. DC 15 Strength save or be sucked ten feet towards the center and take 1d12 Bludgeoning. Rounds 35-40, a skeletal dragon begins to form in the center and quickly begins growing topaz along it's body. At round fifty The soul of Maybe is returned to her body. 50+ Maybe will takeover the ritual and consume No to become a greatwyrm.   Emery can hijack the ritual if needed. Yes can join the fight if needed.   Ritual chamber battle - losing to her will cause round 50+ to occur. If she hits half health she will halt the ritual and begin fighting the players. If she gets to quarter health she will run for safety, ending up at Lups after crashing through the cieling.

Emery and the barrier

Upon leaving the castle you see flashes of light and hear distant yelling. The watery barrier around Wisconia Shimmers are warbels. You see spells and even debris arc above buildings and slam into it. Nothing occurs. You see an emerald flash near a large trebuchet that hangs above a roof. The trebutchet bend out of sight with a distant crash.

Death of Pres Lee, Crashing the Kingsblade

The Kingsblade has been rendered inoperable and has begun a slow uncontrolled descent. The ship will slam into the city in five minutes (50 rounds). The silver golemn fights the nerds for orb. If the orb is removed the ship will double it's falling pace and fires will erupt throughout. The ship can be fixed if the hull is dumped out into the city. The ship can be aimed for crashing as well. If the ship crashes without control, it will slam into north main street.   Yssini will begin her ritual and the players will hear a great snapping sound and orbs, one after the other will fly out of the citadel, three total. One will land within one mile of the players. Heading to it they here the mayors weak voice. He grants them one more level up and says to stop Yssini's ritual.   The players can find the arrows, which have been reinforced and now act as +3 ammo, they seem to change in size as loaded, elven design. Perhaps they are unbreakable. Yssini, NOW, I am unstoppable! I have toppeld this nations node of power! Let the ritual! BEGIN! The citadel will grow Topaz around it and pulse. Yssini will drag the unconsious mayor to the citadel. DC 10 Con Saving Throw Failure = 3d10 Necrotic. Water is slide out of your viens and into the air, bruises begin to appears across your skin and your body falls apart, you feel it building again. the Topaz's grow with your water. A loud buzz that was backround noise cuts out and leaves silence, you hear a quiet buzz begin to build from nothing to a whisper again, it continues and you feel your veins ache as the sound builds.  

Pres Lee and the Orb of Dragon Kind

Pres Lee's magic shop has been locked down. A Law Bot guards it and employees appear to be finishing up removing magic items from the main floor as well as drawing glyphs or pulling shutters over windows. Several people eye the shop from across the street but scatter when a bolt of energy flies from one of the third floor windows at them.   Pres Lee has alinged with Yssini, The Creep (No). He was won over with the Orb of dragonkind. He is loading onto an airship to fly to the top of the dome. He will deploy the Lawbot to stop them from getting him. The ship is sentient as well, and must crash with all the magic items or I'll cry   Pres lee has Reincarnation dust, The sword Steel, and the talking arrows which are still sucicidal.   The orb can be used to draw Yssini away from her ritual and into battle. Quest Goal! In the Citadel the portal rune circle has been altered to power No's pocket dimension. Wisconia's borders shimmer with a watery barrier. To disable it they must get to it. Three lawbots guard it. They are powered by the Citadels aura so they can't go far from it. Find the power source in the Citadel and shut them down to stop her ritual. Once that's done The Mayor can return. Once The Mayor returns the players level up again. The Mayor will come and engage in battle with No!   Death details, the silvery skins sloughs from the bodies hard inner shell. the eye and teeth, the tentacles and silverd blood turn to misty steam, leaving behind an ice colored orb the begins to spin. It pulses and spins faster. A wave of energy rushes over you, like a fresh mountain peak breeze. The ground shakes. a tinkling comes from the orb as six small silvery pearly clink against the ground, a yellow light wafts off of them. "Take these, put them into your nostrils. Then do me a favor, find Pres Lee and Emery, they have betrayed me, they do important work for No. A great rush of air and you feel the humidity drop suddenly, your skin feeling dry. A shadow falls over you, then another as The Mayor leans over the courtyard, the small frame of ancient No rushes towards him with a roar the shatters windows near you. The two battle as titans.   Mayor returns if orb is destroyed, or changes sides. The Mayor will level the players on his appearance. But this depowers him noticably.   "Yssini the Creep, your time rotting the roots of this cities forests is over." "I could say the same to you Mayor, eat shit and die! The people are done with you archaeic ways!" boom pow boom. The huge silvery orb spins silently, a slight breeze coming off the moving surfaces shining silver gleam. The orbs spinning slows and the surface stills to a silvery mirror without motion. The surface rumbels and slides open. A huge eye stares at you. A half circle slice slits open to reveal a row of spinning barbs. Tentacels simultaintly part from the top and eight glowing yellow eyes pear at all of you. A wash of anti magic rushes over you. The orb is a now a beholder turned to No's side. "Hmmmm, a very finnnnneee situation. My good lads what brings you to the greatest moment in Wisconian history? Veryyyyy finnnnne reason indeed. I am Tealaw, and I love No's ideas. First idea she gave me, I'm in charge of Wisconia! What say you to that? The Mayor had me powering his rituals and I got to be safe, but I will take this risk! So many traitors though. A head, legs, and arms floats up, all detached. So I melted them. Not sure who's who so I just kill em all. But you seem important. What say you to that?"   No tail snaps and cracks loudly against cobblestone below the walls then rises up. You see a limp figure with familiar cyan hair and topaz dress. The figure stirs then begins to yell. No chuckels echo across the two blocks between you. "Silly sister, you're little ruse lasted only a day after I got back." No purrs. Yes grows and thrashes into her orginal topaz scaled form, small, nearly half the size of her elder. She shoves the wrapped tail aside with spreading wings and dashes from the citadel tower. No lurches after her. Yes glides in fast circles near the building, No's bulk blocking her. Yes see's the party and dives for you. "Destroy the orb! The great orb powers it all! The city will return to your side if... GAA!" Yes screeches in agony as huge talons dig into her sides and throw her bulk through a building, you hear the crashes a block over. spreads her wings DC 10 Strength save Children of my sister, you have made it to the party! You are no threat to me, more weak peons shuffling about this insane city of rebels and castaways. Leave my citadel alone and I won't have you killed by a lawbot. Now, on your way, find a nice tree house to die in while you wait for my destiny to arrive."   Applause and cheers come from down the street. A group of citizens and city guards rush up the street. They wear yellow markers of all kinds on many parts of their body. No chuckles and riases her head lettting out a roar. She buffets you once more with a liftoff, returning behind the citadel walls. The people point to you guys. "Are you with the Wonderful Wisconia Enrichers?" They will questions and yell at the party saying No is the recreation of Wisconia and the mayors tyranny is over. A voice yells from a nearby building. "As if! She's gonna suck us dry like any dragon would! crystals dragons care not for us short lived ants." You see a face with a black circle painted on their forehead peaks out. The mob yells at them and begins to try to break in. "You guys! Help us take out the old trash!"   "No help me! You can change this! I can help you guys! A Hazfeni Scholar peeks his head out, hey I know you guys!"   "That's him! that's the scholar No wants! Kill em or he'll end this all!" the crowd roars and begins pounding on the door again, the window rattels as rocks are thrown at the scholar who shuts the wooden shutters.   Run breaking in and saving the scholar.  

The Scholar

Says that No is starting an important ritual for dragons that allows her to ascend and double her strength. If complete she will be Potestatems new Topaz Greatwyrm and nearly unstoppable. In order to stop her we can either kill her of course, unlikely, or stop the ritual. The mayor was using a powerful orb in the citadel to link himself here. Do you know what it might look like? Either way get in there and stop her tampering, and if you must, destroy it. No should be very involved in her ritual with only a few hours each day of movement. If we can get in there right after she enters we should be able to end her power source before then. At the least it will bring Wisconia back to Potestatem and reattach the mayor to the city. Nearly half the citadel defected to her side a few hours ago. fights and killing have insued throughout the building so use that to your advantage. Several key members of the Citadel betrayed the Mayor and took control of many of it's facilities making the fighting tilt in there favor. If you can reassert control over the city while you're at it that will help turn the tide around. But most notably no one, no one, compares to No except the Mayor. She has personally won most battels in the city and keeps many from picking up the blade and staff.

Time with the Mayor

The mayor works some magic and allows you to explore his domain. Relax and make things work. He will ask them questions and talk a little longer. The players can find a small creature running through the woods. An Adult Deep Dragon lurks and has on it a large set of Topaz with runes carved into them. As long as the dragon wears this and stays within one mile of the portal it will disrupt it. The dragon is being paid and loves finding new scents more than anything. He will taunt the players and say by the time they catch him they won't even want to use the portal, the other end will be a heap of ruins.  

Return of No

Players warp back into Wisconia but the portal freaks and dumps them south of the Citadel. The city is in full carnage mode. Smoke and fire kiss the watery sky the burbels like it's liquid.   Claxon alarms from citadel. You see a huge, wait, no, that's Yes. Yes the ancient Topaz Dragon clining to the citadel of Wisconia. You see a lawbot on a balcony below her. On explosion of water shoves it off the balony out of sight.  

The Mayor

Step away from table to go get mayor. Yell. Sorry he's very busy you'll have to wait out here for, thirty six hours. He has several meetings with the chefs about his meals as well as a hundred meeting schedules by, Composting commitees that are supposed to be, very long and important and not to be intureptted by unimportat adventerers as always mr.mayor oops not supposed to read that part. Just go through this door when you're ready.   The mayor must be convinced to step out of his office and talk to the people. Perhaps even take care of No while he's at it. He is focused on providing power to adventerers, watching the city, being entertained by the orbs infinite ability. Mayor decides to do something. Room is locked. Uh oh. Try and escape extradimensional space. Mayor sends you through servant entrance, says he can get out if you just go hit the breaker box in the basement. Cultists, gangsters.  

The Riot

Worm path trails and smoke in the city. protests against yes and her ramping destruction! Petition the mayor to do something about her! Chardylan wips people to do something about mayor   A Chardayln is instigating the people with his charming presence. He yells lies about the mayor and the kindness of No who will bring them into a new age of prosperity and power over the nations that laugh at them. The mayor never leaves his ornate office! He hasn't even talked to you guys in decades!   arrested or asked to be the reps of the people for the mayor

Worm fight

  The players will have three more hours to shop and do as they please before the worm is awakend by No, who also simply flies overhead towards the river. Citizens point and look worried.   The worm will search for the players. It will take the worm 1d12 hours to find them. -1 hour for every hour they remain on the ground. -1 hour if they pass near the river. +1 hour for every hour they stay off the ground. -5 hours if they pass underground or into the river.   Worm battle will consistent of them worm attempting to swallow then get away underground. The worm has many tunnels but has to dig new ones as the players move about.

    Yes will task them to get it back from them saying, Yes needs those bad and I don't know why. One of her officers has moved to take it themself. They will not be your ally nor know of your allegiane to me. They will be reasonable though.  

The Archon attempts to get the Research

"I am the greatest warriors pledged to Yes! None of the other Honcho's will be needed to take what is rightfully hers!" The Archon shall state. The Archon will fight to half health before retreating. He will report his failure to the Worm who will hunt them soon.   During combat lines, "Many magic items you have! They are meaningless to me!" "I have many allies who I am freeing up the schedules of by doing this alone!" "The other Honchos won't stand for this! Surrender now!" "I am the kindest of the Honchos, lay down your arms and be at my mercy while you have the chance!"   Getting the research to secretary. Emery will be there alone waiting. His eyes and cheeks are especially sunken and the cube snaps loudly as he spins it, often forcing chunks to move past each other. He shakes a little.   Emery: "Oh it's nothing. Just a little dehyradted. Should have drank some more haha, lost track of time." DC 20 insight check will reveal he is lying and hurting "I had a meeting, it didn't go well. But that's saying too much. Friend got back from a trip. They were, irritable. From the journey."   Emery's goal in this encournter is to read some of the research and commit it to memory. If he can complete this he will be much more capable of altering the coming ritual. His first plan is to offer to give it to Yes or the Secretary in their steed and he can fly their payment over later, maybe get some tea, to hydrate. Secondary plan is just curioisty as to what they did. He will loiter to see it handed off if they want to keep it.   After along time the ground will shake slightly and Yes will arrive. She is pale and appears underweight similar to Emery. She takes the book and says payment is delayed. Also, stay off the ground and out of sight for a few days. She'll pat Generals head and rush out transforming and flying away. The Rumbling continues.
Recap
The Archon and Bak Mei holds notes on themselves with an address. 4th Path, 2A, Arcane Lanes There a Hazfeni scholar lives and offers tea. He is knowlegable in the books and conducts casual research into Dragons.   One coupon promising half off the adventuring starter pack was placed in the Wardens of Wisconia's new home. The address led them across town into the northern district across the river. There they were jumped by four gang members after the items they inspected appeared to be traps of some kind. A large metal golem strode in and the fight shattered much of the store's contents. Emerging triumphant even with the setbacks the party investigated the locations. Locals to the street informed them of a gang named the Bak Mei Gang Marked with yellow bandanas and little bruised some light looting of the basement left the party in higher moods to post their morning beating. Will they follow the gang or head over to The Secretary for a new quest?  

An Important New Quest

Yes has used the egg, hoard, and some meetings with No's subordinates to learn No is preparing a ritual of some kind. A powerful new gang downtown has been eradicating enemy gangs. Meet up with the Oriam Flame Flower brothers to put down a turf war in the east.   The brothers will lead you to several hangouts of the Bak Mei Gang to show em who's boss. Scare the shit outta em. They help Yes but yes run half the gangs anyways. Bak Mei has been overstepping so No can cover for the sudden cut-off of the gang. In reality, they are her main gang and have been prepping something. Lots of big purchases in such. Need to figure out what's going on.  
Invesitgation clues
  • First Tavern, we just bought chalk that's all! Lot's of writing to do I guess
  • Second Tavern, lot's of components, lot's and lot's of em, guess they got spells to cast
  • Third Tavern, We had a job, on a bank on the northeast side of town, get a big package, don't know what it is. Needed a truck for it though.
  • Bonsu Clue, necromancers! She's been investing in them, we help her with that! She's been researching. Yes has. Not a person she's bringing from the dead that's for sure.
 

Bak Mei Gang

"Rumor has it Bak Mei still loves his monk origins, he's been looking for a way to set up a legit monetary, hard to do when you're a dragon's claw." "A church on the southeast side recently got attacked. Nice church it was too." "Bak Mei was seen on the move with his golems heading south from the north district. Looked like he was gonna start some shit." "Yea the yellow bands have been moving stuff a lot. Think they got new digs." "Yellow bands, what are they called? Mei Murders? They shipped a big crate of chalk the other day. So much chalk." "Hmm the Bak Boys, they've been brushing up on their style, harder on other gangs too. Hard to do anything when the three sisters are backing em up."   The gang will accost anyone who comes near but Bak Mei will readily one on one anyone who offers. If he starts to lose he will lock the doors and call out the golems.  

Bak Mei's Egg and Lore

Bak Mei has collected several pieces of literature on the Topaz dragons in an attempt to understand Yes, and No's plan. He has two books Ritual of the Greatwyrm and Ritual of the Greatwyrm 2. Bak recently stole them and hopes to read them. Bak will guard them with half his HP on the line.   If stolen a watching Archon who works for Disguied Emery will attack them and attempt to steal it. Opening the books releases an Allip who defends the words on the page. Yssini has established that the Grocery Store heroes must remain out of their way. The younger sister of Yssini however Yethni The Stalk has recruited them to taking her sister down. Giving her a notecard to contact her secretary she dismissed them back into the world.    

1: New Home, New Employer

  A call comes into Leslie's crystal. Hi I'm Elena, I'm with Yethni the Stalk is this Leslie? Break for an answer. I'm to coordinate your new quests as her latest hires. First I want to congratulate you on this new opportunity, I'm sure you'll see greater glory ahead because of it. I have a new job for you guys. There are some details, so do you have a note-taking tool nearby? Alright, Yethni says she first will need to get some gold out of the hoard of her sister in order to disarm her lairs. Do you guys think you're up for this? Break for an answer. Awesome. Would you prefer to directly steal from the hoard, or to financially strain her mulch business and cause her to spend some to keep it afloat? Which would you be better suited at, subtly or combat? Awesome.
Option 1: Hoard Thieves
Steal from some of Yssini's outlying hoards this will be coordinated with several local thieves at other hoards disguised as business professionals. You should get clothes to fit the bill. You'll be delivered five gold per member to get some new clothes.
Option 2: Finacial Strainers: Yssini has pooled most of her resources into a mining operation just south of her lakes.

The Mines, Option 2

The mine sits alongside a large bay with huge cliffs towering over it. Boats come and go every hour to move the stone away from the docks. There are two entrances, one for carts, the other for people. Boats and docks are guarded by pairs of crystal Dragonborn and there are many kinds of workers. After a few traps and guards, the players find a huge section of the mine guarded well by whatever encounter.   The main room crystal fades. Illusion fading small dragon giggles. Got you! Hahaha! Run Riddle Room.
If you mess wid him he opens the door on a fake solution and sends you to the goo room.
otherwise he will send you onto the main room.  

Mines Prologue, Wyrmling Return

Warehouse: Yethni The Stalk and her secretary await at Mulch Warehouse to receive the egg. Given hoard location and dismissed. Payment is 1,000gp and a club stamp. To visit whenever. Yssini says she'll be away for a week so let's get a lot done!  

Hoard Thieves, A Weak Hoard

A hoard sits unguarded. The players are given a portable hole in order to dump all the gold into it.
  Clifftop Path: wyrmling on a chain, 100ft. bones around.   Decorated Cavern: A topaz golem. Can be psionically commanded. Otherwise, it attacks whoever enters the hoard chamber without spinning its head around. Metal band attaching its head to its body.   Outcropping. Snoozing Emerald dragon.   Hoard Chamber, 3,000GP, 4,568SP, 8560CP.   Dispatched to a forming hoard they are sent to underneath the club where Yssini has begun to steal from coat checks and payments to form a new hoard of coins in the catacomb basement of the club. It is linked with empty subways, abandoned buildings, and the club itself. Traps and guards abound in this area.
Traps: Pitfall, dart wall, Psionic flamethrower,
Loot: 1300GP, 2059SP, 5000CP A large, shallow dish filled with water on which floats a set of delicate wooden ships; speaking different command words creates waves and whirlpools in the bowl.   Special Loot: Cloak of Many Fashions. Keeping a skeleton nice and warm, a cloak of red and white polka dots sits upon its shoulders gathering dust. As you come closer it seems like it's been torn in half, now very small and barely reaching the mans sides. The sleeves are also torn and require some repair. Murmuring can be heard from the cloak.   "Sometimes the light catches her just right and I forget I'm talking to a Topaz, I think it's Saridour returned my old friend." -Cloak quoting Fizban. This cloak was once Fizbans but he left it on this skeleton after it was torn in half by Yssini in a falling out. The cloak wishes very much to be returned to Fizban. It's so small though now and loves music, just like Fizban.   "Would you play a tune for me? I've been in this quiet cave of sight for so long yet I can only hear." The cloak says.  

Escaping the Hoard

Emerytalthaldald is a shy Emerald Dragon promised eternal curiosities by No. No provides trinket in return for protection of valued hoards. Emery does not want to interact with people but wishes to see what they make. Powerful and alone. Emery will harass the players to "Please don't take my stuff!" Crushing Lubers, wagons, and other escape routes. Emery can be convinced to help them if they provide a curiosity or something equally interesting as well as somewhere to hide from No who will inevitably take his things to draw him back. He knows many things. A wizard named Fizban saved him and brought him to No to raise him. No and her sister raised him as well as their younger sister. The second older sister died before he knew her name. Died of something to do with  
The Trap
Players find a coupon to a store that promises %50 for new adventrers on the starter pack. Store is located on the north side of the river between two brothels.
The Storefront
The building despite being four floors is so varied between each floors material it appears that four one story buildings were stacked by a bored stormgiant passing by. The first floor, is a marble building with graffiti sctrached, painted, and even spellcast onto the surface of it. Most prominent is a giant wooden board labeled adventurers begining in red paint. Above that three different buildings of wood, then stone, then leaves stack atop it. The leaf one debatbly the roof if it weren't for the Four aarokokra children watching you from above.
inside you see a white dragonborn smoking a cigar, it appears to be burnt out as his frost breath passes through the hollowed out stump. He will hand each an item he thinks they are interested in.
Mogison: A complex scroll with dancing letters, if he can figure it out it will grant him great strength. DC 15 int save or be stunned for 1d4 rounds.
  Cornelious: A small orange dragon like creature with a mortal wound, magic will detonate it, medicine will heal it and make a great familiar. DC 15 Wisdom - failure it explodes and blinds you
  General Vermin: a barbell, lift it and you will see the complex machine it is. DC 15 Strength, on failure it wraps around yours hands and removed your ability to hold or use somatic components.
  Leslie Yup: a powerful mouthpiece, hard to move but if you can do it your silver toung can get anyone to buy anything DC 15 strength, on failure it will silence the speaker and prevent all verbal spell components.
  Toad: you're pretty good at everything so here's a pair of plyers to try and remove that crown or something.
Trap is sprung
Once all traps have attempted three more dragonborn will jump in and attempt to knock the players unconsious. A helmed horror as well.   On success they will remove them to the dungeon where they will be stripped of loot and told not to mess with Yssini stuff anymore. They are lucky On failure they retreat at half health and say Bak Mei will send their deaths rather than threats next time.   Investigating. DC 10, the sign is freshly painted and people say its a gang hideout for local thugs that go by the name Ki Killers. Led by some mad monk. DC 15 fresh tracks on the ground show furniture was recently moved. A trapdoor is found leading into a basment with a gambling table, 75gp and a vault are down there. (DC 15 SoH for 200gp and an empty notebook with a gem feather) DC 20 shows the enemy retreated two blocks down then got on a river boat to hide their tracks. DC 25 you find a child watching the river, with 1gp he will show you where they went.   Asking around you can located the temple Bak Mei took in a recent bout with a corrupt order of paladins.

Structure

Exposition

four hundred years ago No was struggling to survive in a world torn apart. She held a Topaz egg and nothing more. Her sister, Maybe protected her against the foul things of the new world. Bahumant in the form of Fizban the wandering scholar brought them an emerald egg and a direction to go for safety. Fleeing that way, The rampaging Inasherdon the Ash Emperor found them. He demanded their fealty and aid in Thánatos "The Destroyer"'s epic quest. They refused and Inasherdon attacked them. No, and Maybe wounded the great wyrm but Maybe did not survive the fight. Inasherdon left saying No was a fool. No took the Emerald and Topaz egg to the new Wisconian plains where many races had fled.    There she established a great city and raised the now hatching eggs. The city flourished as refugees poured in and No grew into an adult. She learned of a dracolich who was raised in Destroyer Breath  fog clouds that sat in the western Dawn Empire. It was coming for her they said. She brought together adventurers and went to meet the Dracolich. On it's arrival, the Dracolich revealed itself to be the resurrected Maybe. Free of mortal bonds and emotions she said she now saw the clarity the now dead Destroyer had brought. She asked No to join her. No said she had children now, younger dragons, and a city.    Maybe spat at this and flew up into the clouds. Great rocks of fire fell through the clouds and killed many of her army. Then a terrible lightning bolt struck from the heavens and raised the dead as soldiers for Maybe. No's army of the living and Maybe's new army of the dead clashed. Hours passed and the undead soldiers were destroyed No and her army trapped and annihilated her undead Sister. The cursed skeleton was split apart and given to the parties of adventures as a reward.    No returned after the months of journeying and hard battle, wounded, and deeply disturbed by the past events. She found a new leader had taken the town. Nelson Webster Dewey had united the races of the city and been elected leader of a new reformed society. Freedom reigned and No's return as the draconic overlord was not welcome. She was banished and she had no ability to fight back. Her adventures left her and kept her sister's parts.     She journeys far and found Inasherdon the Ash Emperor and begged to learn the secrets of becoming a great wyrm. He taught them. No she seeks to unite her many echo's across many Potestatems. Then, bring her sister out of one of those echo's as well.

No is attempting to resurrect he dead sister Maybe. No is stopping her, she is lost.
