Death Day Party

In between Training Games, Sconce throws what he calls "Death Day Parties", which are effectively just large festivals with a lot of free booze.  This is now a time-honored tradition, and serves to remind participants that they are ultimately all working towards the same goal.  Sconce and his wife Madani take this duty extremely seriously.  It was originally meant as a tribute to Olidammara, but even after Sconce became a follower of The Raven Queen instead he still continued holding them.
