Training Games

Many adventurers have been summoned to Vigrid for the purposes of participating in Ragnarok, the current apocalypse brought on by the presence of the Forms of mortality and its avatar, Iapetus. In order to prepare these adventurers to fight with Iapetus, the gods force them to participate in a variety of "Training Games". These games, while highly effective, are exceedingly violent and unpleasant to participate in. This typically involves fights to the death, after which the losers are forcibly brought back to life to participate again. The winners, however, are typically granted one wish.
Proceedings are overseen by two referees; an angel named White and a demon named Black.
