Jane

Jane is a retired resident of Sigil. She is an attractive human woman with curly blond hair, and boasts a considerable intellect. She used to be a religious scholar employed by The Window. She assisted The Celestial/Murderers on a few occasions, and also helped Izar with his adventures in the Elemental Plane of Air. During The Age of Coalescence, it became clear that Jane had secretly been working for Vecna her entire adult life, including when she helped Izar and during her time at The Window. She has now forgotten all of this, however, having been kidnapped by Tsukiko and had her memory wiped by Hinfyire Soriel.
