Ophelia
This tabaxi woman is Penguin's wife. She is constantly looking around, seemingly trying to flirt with everyone at once. She was murdered by Tornac on Apr 12, 719 (see Tornac murders Ophelia), but then reappeared apparently unharmed on Apr 13, 719 (see A Tale of Three Hands). Strangely, she did not seem at all offended by the murder. If anything, she seemed to take it as a compliment.
Since her husband took control of Avernus, she has really gown into her own and wields considerable control over the plane's daily affairs.
