Phaerant
Phaerant is a collection of three small disconnected territories on the northwestern tip of Olox. They are currently engaged in a war of independence with their homeland Durhambia. The three were originally a single territory, however since losing ground to Durhambia these lands have now found themselves isolated from one another. Despite this setback, however, they continue to hold their own. Phaerant has been fighting for their independence for nearly 20 years now, although there were occasional ceasefires and peace agreements.
Despite their isolation from each other, these three territories still consider themselves to be a single geopolitical entity. Their war continues so that they can reunite their lands again and take back at least their original borders. They have instituted mandatory drafts and began worshiping a war goddess known as The Morrigan in order to gain an edge in battle.
