Black
(a.k.a. Almaz)
The Training Games in Vigrid are overseen by two referees. One of these two referees is Almaz, a high-ranking demon lord. Those participating in Ragnarok do not actually refer to him by name, though. Instead, they simply call him "Black".
Black is a very crude and bloodthirsty individual, and is constantly looking for an excuse to dole out punishment to the participants. He is exceedingly powerful, and seems to enjoy engaging in torture. That being said, he is unusually restrained for a demon, and will typically refrain from attacking the participants purely for his own amusement.
