Smallfolk Porridge

Smallfolk Porridge refers to a preparation of oats that have been dehusked, steamed and flattened. The oats are cooked in water or milk to make porrdige. It is often served with fruits or honey.
The term Smallkfolk Porridge derives from the western regions of the Empire , where predominantly Dwarves, Gnomes and Halflings live. In Dhussin and Weresoc, Smallfolk Porridge is especially popular. The locals are known to mix the porrdige with mushrooms and ground up roots.
