Personal history
Richard first discovered his powers when he was 3, he was in the shops with his parents and saw a poster for a trip to South Korea and without really thinking about it, he could see himself in South Korea and was able to "walk around" the streets. The FBSA took him from his family 3 weeks later. He was placed into a scouting unit and after a few years became head of his own scouting unit. After a few years working for the FBSA, he later fell in love with Finn (a member of Kevin’s FBSA special unit). Some of the other children at the FBSA Laboratory despised him for his sexuality and one night broke into his room and cut his pelvis just missing his penis. The children who tried to do it were thrown into 1 year of solitary confinement, but Finn figured out 2 weeks after the incident that the FBSA had order the kids to do it, this has lead to Finn’s and Richard’s hatred towards the FBSA.
