Personal history
Finn discovered his powers when he accidentally cause a nation wide blackout. He was taken by the FBSA three weeks later. He was placed into Kevin’s special unit after Kevin saw him get a perfect score in a training run. He would fall in love with Richard a few years after working for the FBSA. After the incident where Richard was cut across the pelvis several times, he over heard some guards talking about how the children had failed at killing Richard. He was able to put together that it was the FBSA who ordered the kids to kill Richard. This has lead him to having a deep hatred towards the FBSA. He told Richard about what he learnt and they decided to keep their heads down and to do whatever the FBSA told them to do, for now.
