The survivors from the old Qilorria city of Portsmith work together to build a new trade hub on Qinla'Un on an island in the northern part of the Shards. Within 20 years, this city grows to enormous size and becomes the most traveled to city in the new world. It becomes the headquarters for the new Arbiter's Guild and Ferron's Legacy.
