Mansueta Kyra is a mage's college found in Frysta that specializes in necromancy and cold based magix.
Structure
The entire school reports to The Frozen Norse, with some of the professors even within the organization.
Culture
The school is very secretive, with very few students ever speaking about their time within the walls. It is known that the school is incredibly arduous and well respected within the inner societal structure of mage colleges.
Public Agenda
The school is one of the more public defenders of the Necromantic Arts. It is also rumoured that the college is working on a way to revert Frysta to it's original form.
