Purpose / Function

This lighthouse serves as the lair of Captain Alain Monette. Occasionally, the eerie light cast from its beacon shines into the worlds of the Material Plane, leading sailing ships through a thick fog and into the Sea of Sorrows, typically only to crash on the banks of L'île de la Tempête.
