Darrel Tombstone was once the sheriff of Picker's Outpost but was pushed out by Mayor Greg Deacon. He has since retired to his family ranch where he oversees much of the agriculture in Picker's Outpost
Some locals claim that at night a vigilante of sorts keeps Picker's Outpost safe. What they don't know about the Phantom, is that he is Darrel Tombstone.
