This battled marked the final stand in the war between the Winter Court and Sevalith.

The Battle of the Nevermelting Tundra marked the final confrontation between the Winter Court and Sevalith that had long plagued Feywild Winter. At the start of the war, Baba Yaga created the Defenders of the Fae to help Winter fight back, but in this battle she brought her most fearsome force. Her Defenders were joined by the Multiversal Rangers, Shadow Rangers, X-Men, Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, Court of Crystal, many other heroes, and Merlin himself to take down the full force of the Sevalith army.   The Sevalith Army however, also brought its full force with the assistance of the Sevaltih Royal Family's remaining members: Lady Lenora Spectre, Countex Oscura, and Lord Spectre himself.   The battle saw decisive victory on the side of the Feywild, with Lady Lenora being destroyed by siblings Hansel the Silver Knight and Gretel the Gold Knight, Countex Oscura killed by her nephew Hector C. Spectre, and Lord Spectre destroyed by the full force of the Multiversal Megazord. Rumor has it that the pilot of this mech, the being that dealt the killing blow to Lord of Darkness, was Hector as well.   This battle changed the political landscape of the Feywild. Morgan le Fay was freed from her prison in Castle Camelot by Baba Yaga and Merlin in an effort to combine her magic with her sister Queen Jadis of the Winter Court's to create a physical border between Winter and the Shadowfey, the Winter Wall. Afterward Morgana started a new fey court, the Court of Shadow on the Shadowfey side of the wall.   As the battle ended, Hector was also crowned as the new king of Sevalith and Gretel was picked as a successor to Baba Yaga.
