Hansel, the Eye of Baba Yaga

Hansel (a.k.a. the Silver Multiversal Ranger)

Hansel and his twin sister, Gretel, come from the humble Kingdom of Wunschire in the Realm of Happily Ever After. The twins were raised by their father, a woodcutter, Ivo, not knowing what happened to their mother. They were eventually sold by Ivo to The Blind Witch for money. The witch took the children to her gingerbread cottage. When Prince Phillip from the neighboring Kingdom of Endormia heard of their kidnapping, he went to help the twins. When he arrived there was a struggle, and in a teleportation spell, the witch brought Gretel and the prince with her to the Feywild.

Adventures in the Feywild

In a last ditch effort, Hansel went to Phillip's wife, Princess Aurora, for help. The princess reached out to her friend and fellow princess, Cinderella. The two princesses traveled with Hansel to the Feywild with the aid of The Fairy Godmother's magic.   They traveled through all four seasons of the Feywild. In Spring they visited the Pixie Dust Mines and the Field of Talking Flowers. They crossed the River of the Spring Equinox into Summer on the Leprechaun's Rainbow BridgeIn Summer the adventurers visited Hothive, Gnomegeddon, and The Emerald Forest of Summer. In Autumn they visited Paul Bunion's cabin and The City of Twilight. In the city they met The Pumpkin Prince, lord of the Autumn Court. He not only helped them to find The Green Knight, a copy of Prince Phillip, but he was able to give them information on the whereabouts of the "Grandmother", Baba Yaga, who the party believed to be the abductor of Gretel. There they also met and asked for the assistance of Jack the Giant Slayer; she agreed to travel to Winter with them. In Winter they found the Grandmother in her hut, perched on top of the Palace of Ice and Glass. The adventurers decided to split up. Hansel's curiosity got the best of him and he found himself following a voice down into a well, while his companions met Queen Morgana of the Winter Court in the palace. This well, in the garden of the palace, led into tunnels of the Feydark. Hansel struck a deal with a strange fomorian, giving up his luck to gain magic sight. Hansel then had the bright idea to sneak into Baba Yaga's Hut, but no one sneaks up on the Grandmother. She pulled Hansel, his princess friends, and Jack into her hut. She took a liking to the young Hansel, even giving him a connection to her with his magic eye, and agreed to help them. The Grandmother does not like being mistaken for a lesser hag. She discovered that her student, The Blind Witch, had taken Gretel to an alter on the Moon of the Feywild, where she would be sacrificed to bring back the Dark Fairy, Maleficent. The adventurers rode on an enchanted sleigh to the moon, where they met Kris Kringle. He gave them each gifts to help them in their fight. At an alter they found Gretel and the real Phillip, destroyed the blind witch, stopped the resurrection, and saved the day. The adventurers went back home to their realm, Jack going with them. Aurora and Phillip married and went back to eventually become King and Queen after the death of her father. Jack and Cinderella took on the roles of aunts for the twins, training them and giving them a home. Hansel and Gretel set out to become the witch hunters, who would find any evil witches and hags.

A Witch's Curse

While Hansel and Gretel were hunting witches, they tracked one to her cottage. The witch was working on collecting power to eventually rival the Grandmother, who she thinks has gone soft. Hansel and Gretel were looking for someone to tell them about the other witches of their realm. This witch, Madam Mim, cursed the twins, merging them into one body that they would have to share. The twin's new goal became breaking their curse.

The Silver Multiversal Ranger

While looking for a genie to break their curse in Agrabah, Hansel and Gretel were encountered by the sorceress Lady Rayvona. She gifted them powers to help them on their quest, if they would help her, and join her Multiversal Rangers. Hansel became the Silver Multiversal Ranger and Gretel the Gold Multiversal Ranger. A few days later, the twins were in the market of the city when they met fellow rangers, Britney Anastasia McGruglug DeAngelo and Jimbo the Jade Oni. The twins joined the team on their mission in the hopes of getting their curse broken.   Agrabah mission   Rosalind   Music Dungeon   Angel Grove   There was one adventure with the Multiversal Rangers where after investigating a magical mystery in Delbrook the party found themselves sucked inside a television.
