Laramidia National Park Organization

Structure

Laramidia National Park Services encompass all workers of the LNPO.   The Laramidia National Park Rangers and Laramidia National Park Guides are a subset of the organization, with similar goals, but differing objectives and training, the former mainly focusing on the animals within the parks, and guides on visitors, although both often receive some cross training, particularly where dangerous wildlife is concerned.   Many local fire fighters, search and rescue, and EMT staff in regions in and around the parks are also members of the LNPO.

Public Agenda

The LNPO is a government oganization of Laramidia centered around education and preservation of Laramidia's ecosystem, ecology, and natural environment. They seek to educate people on the animals they interact with and that the activity of people may disturb, and instill a love of the wildlife and natural environment in others.   In addition to forming nation wide educational programs, the LNPO often works alongside the cults of gods for animals found within Laramidia, offering monetary and physical aid for protecting animals from harm by people and disaster. They have been behind many catch and release programs, breeding programs, and the tracking of endangered species. Primarily the organization focuses on animals, but also has sway over the protection of vulnerable and endangered plants and ecosystems as well.   There is a strong agenda against poaching, with hunting grounds being incredibly protected and the organization controlling when, where, and how one may hunt in areas they control and the national parks, dishing out heavy fines and jail time to those who go outside of the boundaries and law.

Assets

The LNPO owns and maintains all of Laramidia's national parks, the largest of which being the Yellowstone Gulf National Park which also hosts the most employees and volunteers due to its large size.

History

It is unclear when the LNPO officially became its own separate organization, having formed out of the remains of the staff and members of several different national park and environmental protection groups in the former United States and Canada during the human era.
