God of All Flying Creatures, The God of Wind, God of the Skies
Physical Description
Among being the youngest, Ryou is also the smallest of the majors. She is large for a griffion if only just, with inky black feathers adorning her body. Her wings and flight feathers are marked by cream, with her paws and neck having a smooth gradient into a rich cream color. Her body is also quite sleek and well balanced, with a smooth transition from avian to mammalian, and her tail long with a broad fan at the end. Her feathers are iridescent, reflecting a wide array of blues, greens, and purples when struck by the light. In the sunlight, a subtle mottling pattern along her body can be seen.
Ryou forgoes most forms of ornamentation when outside of her temple, usually only wearing small bits of jewlery such as anklets and tail bands in matching styles to
Yung Pagoni, God of Peacocks's rings or bracelets.
Mental characteristics
Aside from the terribly short reign of
Eleteros, Ryou was the youngest of
The Major Gods, at least until
Maka, God of Fire took Vega's place. Ryou began a relationship with
Yung Pagoni, God of Peacocks, although the details on when and how their relationship began is rather unknown. The pair aim to have children of their own, but there is a significant amount of rumors and gossip that they have been unable to conceive. Ryou's reign as the god of wind has been relatively peaceful, with little news in favor or against her.
Unknown, presumed feminine.
Personality Characteristics
She is impeccably clean, spending almost all idle time grooming and preening herself and others nearby.
Social
She is known for a calm yet bubbly demeanor, taking great joy in hearing the stories of others and telling her own in turn. Ryou is soft spoken compared to her peers, and rather polite as well, always giving others more than ample time to speak before responding and apologizing deeply if she feels she has cut them off or interrupted.

Ally (Trivial)
Towards John de Luminarie, Goddess of Fireflies
History
They don’t have much of a personal relationship but Ryou is the god of flying things(which includes fireflies). So JL and their respective cult seem to look favorably upon Ryou and her respective cult. JL himself is even part of Ryou’s cult. She is also a great listener which makes her great for JL to brag about his exploits to(not that they meet very often) and likewise he loves listening to the tales of others.

Towards Ryou, the God of Wind
Ally (Trivial)
Towards Chevalier, God of Crickets
Relationship Reasoning
While they don’t know each other closely, he is extremely fond of her bubbly demeanor and pilot mannerisms. He also enjoys swapping stories with her and seeing how she reacts when happy. She is also the god of wind, which gives many gods with a heavy reliance on wind magic(like Chevalier) an incentive to align themselves with her cult, and he finds her use of wind magic inspirational.
Follower (Trivial)
Towards Ryou, the God of Wind
Acquaintance (Vital)
Towards Nergalzeb, God of Flies
Relationship Reasoning
Nergalzeb is a member of Ryou’s cult, most likely due to her reliance on Wind Mana and the fact that Ryou is the god of flying creatures. Ryou just seems to find Nergalzeb disgusting and weird, something that isn’t helped by the fact that the wind god is impeccably clean, spending almost all idle time grooming and preening herself and others nearby, which conflicts with Nergalzeb’s constant filth. Nergalzeb also views cleanliness differently because from her perspective all things will dirt and rot in time anyway. However, Nergalzeb dare not challenge or annoy Ryou and Ryou seems to mostly just find her off putting.
