The Advisory Council

Led directly by Crowned Commandant Adhana, the Advisory Council writes the laws that govern Centuron.

Structure

The council comprises six lords of the kingdom that the crown appointed for leadership. Each lord watches over a large region of Centuron. Providing valuable insight about the current ongoings of the residents to the crown, and vice versa. The lords are often required to meet with the crown to ensure it stays up to date and the laws are being properly enforced. During these meetings the Advisory Council proposes new, or modifications to existing, laws. The councilors discuss the ramifications of enacting them and decide by way of vote. The crown being the deciding factor.

Culture

The members of the Advisory Council consist of the most wealthy and powerful individuals in the kingdom. As such, they are often deaf to the affairs and necessities of the common populace. The Lord Councilors meet with the Crowned Commandant, frequently enacting laws that directly benefit them and their peers. Commoners that make appeals to the lords of the kingdom are generally met with pompous negligence at best, and spiteful ruin at worst.

Public Agenda

The Advisory Council promises to maintain order, security, and safety of Centronites. Members of the council hold occasional forums where citizens can voice their opinions on current matters. However, it is a rare occurrence for the high ranking councilors to attend these forums. Rather they send representatives to act as little more than messengers for pre-written talking points.
