Overseer
Overseers manage the work of laborers or servants. They know the requirements of the job and ensure that tasks get done (some more efficiently than others). Most are from Client Houses responsible for seeing obligations discharged for the Enfranchised Houses or temples. Some manage shops where select goods are bought and sold (though usually under the direction of a merchant.)
