The Custodian
Shrouded in mystery, The Custodian operates one of the largest criminal networks on the island despite rarely being seen. He fancies himself a middle man, rarely getting involved with conflict himself. The Custodian claims he has no interest in ruling, wanting to help those he favours instead take power, for the good of the land.
He is soft spoken and ever the negotiator, willing to bargain with friend and foe.
