Otis

Otis is a former bandit, member of Hommlet's watch and brother of Elmo. He joined up with Lareth the Beautiful's gang and was drawn into a criminal life for a short amount of time before an adventuring party came to liberate him. 
Among the items that belonged to Otis was a magical dagger recovered from the Old Moathouse which eventually ended up in the hands of Absalom. The dagger had in its pommel a gemstone cut to look like a lidless eye.
Today Otis is the captain of the watch of Hommlet. He follows the Old Faith. He is now married to his husband, a half-elf named Elris who is a former curio shop owner from Nulb.
