WorldEmber

WorldEmber is my favorite of the major challenges. The focus on word count lets me write whatever I want, incuding prose, without going beyond the bounds of the challenge. Though as with Summer Camp, my preference for only publishing completed work does mean even 10k words in a month can be a stretch.   In my first WorldEmber, I overexerted myself a bit out of enthusiasm for a scavenger hunt challenge. This year, I hope to do better at pacing myself, to start the new year a bit less exhausted.
