Sibyl P. Wright is nominated by Polaris Calyza to be on the Council following the death of the former Officer of War, Jatau Ahmad. The vote is split down the middle, with a tiebreaker that appoints him to the council at age 20, making him the youngest council member ever. Sibyl becomes the fifth Officer of War.
