Halvar Koit proposes a security law to the council which extends the councils ability to surveil Rizan citizens during wartime in order to catch potential threats before they can strike. The proposal is rejected with 3 yay and 4 nay.

Event Espee-ionage enters the first vault using the extracted chip from Nemite's ID band. After entering they quickly find Nyx, because he's just been given free range of the vault. He comes out to meet them and adamantly refuses to leave, saying that he didn't want to spend the rest of his life hiding away from the government or starting a new life in a different country - even after the party explains that he'll be executed he wants to stay. Roxy leverages that if he stays the next time Daniel will see him will be at his execution, and Nyx begrudgingly agrees to go with them.
Polaris alerts Sibyl to the escape of Nyx. Sibyl immediately accuses Daniel of being involved. Tensions rise, and the other council members block them both from being involved in the investigation. Polaris is brought into the government chat to explain the situation.
The Eternity Hearings are the series of trials for former ARK agents and council members following the dissolution of ARK and the Council.
