Oriq
Notes Mistake maintains about the Oriq
Overview
The Oriq are a secretive society whose mostly-mage members believe the strongest should rule over the weak. Institutions like Strixhaven prevent this by limiting what magic can be learned by whom with rules and high tuition. It's said many members are Strixhaven drop-outs or ones who couldn’t pass the entry exam. Oriq members wear masks that prevent scrying and use illusion magic to hide it. They’re sneaky, deceptive, and manipulative, often infiltrating other organizations to assassinate their enemies. Though they've existed since the end of the Blood Age, many believe they're a myth or died out hundreds of years ago. Those who claim otherwise are considered conspiracy theorists.Goals
- Return the world to chaos like from the Blood Age, where the most powerful rule over all others.
- Destroy Strixhaven University to unleash chaotic magic upon all of Arcavios.
