History

  The history of the Leonin in the Wastelands is one of resilience and adaptation. Driven to the Wastelands by conflicts, environmental disasters, or the search for a place to call their own, the Leonin found themselves in a region that would test their strength and determination. Through perseverance and unity, the Leonin have managed to thrive in the Wastelands, overcoming the many obstacles that the harsh environment presents.  

Society and Culture

  Leonin society in the Wastelands revolves around the Pride, a close-knit group of individuals led by a dominant male or female known as the Pride Leader. The members of a Pride work together to ensure the safety and well-being of the group, sharing resources and cooperating to overcome the numerous challenges presented by the Wastelands.   The culture of the Leonin in the Wastelands places a strong emphasis on physical prowess, honor, and loyalty. Young Leonin are taught from an early age to respect the strength of their Pride and the importance of working together for the common good. Leonin Prides are known for their fierce loyalty to one another, and inter-Pride conflicts are rare, as the Leonin understand the importance of unity in the face of the Wastelands' many dangers.  

Notable Locations

  While the Leonin do not have large, permanent settlements in the Wastelands, they do have several notable locations that serve as important landmarks or gathering points for their Prides:   The Roaring Dunes: A vast expanse of desert and sand dunes where several Leonin Prides roam, hunting for food and resources. The Pride's Rest: A well-protected oasis that serves as a temporary gathering place for multiple Prides, allowing them to share knowledge, trade, and form alliances. The Mane's Stand: A rocky outcropping that serves as a natural fortress for a powerful Leonin Pride, providing them with shelter and security in the harsh Wastelands.
