Shimon Vastaya (Eladrin)
The Shimon Vastaya resemble slender simians, with lithe muscle and fur-covered bodies. They retain the tail and prehensile feet which humans lack, but their general shape is much closer to a human than a monkey. Their skin is usually grayish or ashen, and their face resembles that of a chimp. However, their fur is much more vibrant, ranging from fiery reds to dusky oranges and golden yellows. Around their head, the fur accumulates more into a mane. Often times, this mane is braided.

While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. Wu Step. You can cast the misty step spell once using this trait. You regain the ability to do so when you finish a short or long rest.

Shimon Council of Oulin
Like the simians that they share a resemblance with, they do enjoy monkeying around but the Shimon have still managed to setup a large-scale council on their island in the Ionian Archipelago. They are very territorial of their land, but do keep peace with the other provinces of Ionia, even showing up to assist during the Noxian invasion. Within their homeland, their society is one big oligarchy centered on a council with representatives from various feudal regions. While they are typically very lighthearted as long as everyone knows who is in charge. There have been reports of incidences where unknowing visitors have crossed boundaries and found their jovial trips quickly ended as they are run out of town.Quick Look:
