Such people are not permitted to practice openly in Sanctuary. These are those who follow Lophiiformes They await his coming. They believe that the world is to end, though they do not agree on precisely how this end will come about. All of them agree that it will be the spindly teeth of Lophiiformes that precipitate the destruction. They take it as their duty to shine a light in the places the great one cannot reach themselves. Often seen wielding a shepherd’s crook that holds a bioluminescent lantern, Adherents will draw in others to their light and warmth. Leading them where they believe Lophiiformes wants them. Settling them in place, ripe for the great patron of all that sinks to surprise them from the darkness and swallow them up. To Adherents, Lophiiformes lurks in the darkness just beyond the reach of their lanterns always. He rests, he waits, and he lures his prey in. The warmth of his light is also the snare of his trap. These cultists await eagerly the day when they are consumed.
