Lotl Camp
There are very few Cave Lotl who have emerged into the city of Sanctuary. All three of them known are located here at an outpost camp in the The Near Reaches . They aren’t quite in the city, instead being at the mouth of the river before it opens out to The Black Mirror from where they observe and mostly keep to themselves. They consider themselves to be explorers having made it to the city. Very rarely making forays forth into it, never staying long.
Generally they don’t take visitors, trying to eek out a place to live has been difficult and they fear losing another home. But as many Lotls are, they are quite interested in dyes and inks. Things that when consumed might linger in their body and create colorful patterns on their highly permeable skin.
Once a PC has become friendly enough to all three lotls they will allow those with Herbalism or Alchemists tools can visit them and make use of their dye producing equipment. By using a Limited DTA a PC can work with the Lotls to gain access to new pigments and dyes derived from rare monster parts and natural sources.
