The three kobolds consider themselves masters of disguise thanks to their "three kobolds in a trench coat" technique and found work in Riverside as spies and general investigators. Despite the obvious flaw in their go-to disguise, the Brobolds are surprisingly good at what they do, and not particularly expensive either.
They were hired by Torrin to keep an eye on the Party during their mission to find the Infinity Source located in Riverside. Although the Brobolds were spotted and confronted by the Party, they ended up being hired in turn by the adventuring group, easily swayed by the promise of baked goods.
The Brobolds tracked Raynar Remfrey on behalf of the Party and were even still hidden in the White Water Warehouse when the Party raided it. Following the battle, the Brobolds were tasked with taking the Party's newly acquired boat, christened the Fortune Favors the Kobold, out of Riverside and to meet with the Party after they were done with their final tasks in the city.
