Riverside Guard
Led by Captain Zane Glowcreek, the Riverside Guard was incredibly corrupt and no better than the criminals it claimed to be protecting the people of Riverside from. Controlling most of the western side of the city, the guard enforced heavy protection taxes on local businesses and residents, draining the city dry to fill their own pockets.
The guard was able to avoid consequences from the local Inquisition chapter due to the seeming corruption and indifference of Chapter Master Davin West. After the Party deposed West and made room for him to be replaced by Dororin, the new interim-Chapter Master's first order of business was arresting Glowcreek and beginning the reform of the Riverside Guard.
