Shadowtrodden
Led by Cade Underbough, the Shadowtrodden were responsible for most of the smuggling and illicit deals that went down in Riverside, making them invaluable to the Widowmaker in her efforts to control the city. After the Widowmaker's defeat at the hands of the Party, Cade and the Shadowtrodden stepped into the power vacuum left by the Widowmaker with intentions of further expanding their influence.
