Silent Step

Not much is known about the Silent Step, save that they are a near mythical order of assassins that have existed since the time of the the First King and possibly earlier. Individual assassins have been reported operating decades and even centuries apart. 

One of their number, Reverence, was found in Riverside serving the Widowmaker. It was revealed that Reverence was hired by Davin West on behalf of the Nameless Order in order to make sure the Widowmaker continued to sow chaos and disorder.
