Councillor Allustan Margory Neff

Allustan is a human wizard and Council Mage residing within the mining town of Lorent. He is known locally as 'The Smartest Man in Lorent.'
Allustan is knowledgeable about many subjects, and his study is effectively the most complete library in town.
He was the initial contact for Chasianna and Our Heroes in Lorent, pointing them towards the Whispering Cairn and the treasures within, as well as researching and assisting with the discovery of the green worms plaguing the land.

Personal history

Allustan grew up in Lorent as the son of the mayor, Lanod Neff. Early in his life, his mother was claimed by the Red Plague that marked the population in 405 LY.
At his fathers behest, Allustan attended the Astean Mage's College, and later found himself as mentee to Manzorian after his commencement.
