New Human Empire
The New Human Empire was established as the union of several different free countries. Some dependent cities and foreign vassals uprose against their current masters and announce their loyalty to the newly formed. With some diplomatic manoeuvres, the Empire got recognized by both Holy Church and Order of Purity as a protector of all Humanity and true faith in Aurial The Father. This allowed it to grow quickly both by other diplomatic deals and military threats. In less than a century the entire north and central parts of The Mainland were united under sole rule of the Empire. Only the nomadic tribes in the South marshes overthrow the Imperial sovereignty and kept their independence. Multiple armies were sent there, but all of them fails to conquer inobedient regions. The Empire forfeited for now, but still keep some outposts there in an attempt to spread influence.
The New human empire appears as a distant descendant of the old Human Empire. However, the new one had to fight strong feudalism and lack of centrist idea. As the Night Empire cease to exist, a new main reason for unification needed to be found.
