Boubayo, Capital of Laolisa

Boubayo is the capital of Laolisa and lies at the edge of the sprawling city section. The King of Laolisa lives here as well as the royal family and a few of the most respected nobels. Boubayo is also littered with the royal guard and many watchtowers and walls, making its security top-notch. It is also surrounded by tall walls that are under constant surveillance making it nearly impossible for anyone not approved to get in, or out.
