Emma and Omarosa sail to Venice, because she has business elsewhere in the Mediterranean. Emma is sent to Teodor, a tailor and ghoul. He wants to expand his trade and he needs a good word from two warring covenants to get that expansion. Omarosa has influence in both. In trade for a good word from her, he will outfit Emma with clothing and provide her a bit of help concerning elegance and etiquette.
