The The Almighty Empire of the Phan rule the world of Valenor with an iron fist for the last millennium, but the Phan people have grown fat and lazy, and more and more city, populations and factions vie for it’s control or declare their independency. The once invincible Almighty Navy is constantly hampered by problems. The Almighty Army is a shadow of it’s former self after the Mad Emperor abandoned millions of soldiers to their destiny.

But a group of young Phan oppose this fall of the empire. They call themselves “The Ascendants” and plan to renew the power of the empire by whatever means necessary.
