Jubilee Tower

A massive skyscraper at the center of the Jubilee borough that doubles as a communications hub for CapMet. All hegemonic operations are coordinated from here, allowing for the maintenance of such a massive population in such a densely populated area. The maintenance of CapMet is left largely to the management expert system Jubilee, built using proprietary hardware and software of the hegemony, and housed in the Jubilee Tower. The system handles delivery of goods and materials, public transportation, and other daily dealings of the metropolis.
