Koba's Point

A lighthouse powered by arcane magic. It was constructed for Koba Claycrafter, who maintained the lighthouse and used it as a workshop for his golem crafting.
After his death is S283 it has housed no permanent residents for several decades, despite requiring periodic maintenance from a team that made the trip from Ahonato each moon.
In S315 the Order of the Black Cat moved in, after they were given permission to live there for free in exchange for maintaining the lighthouse.
