Sera Izumi

Sera served as Regent of Sanwen between S240 and S243.

Personal History

Sera grew up all around Hiro-On, which her father Kuroda Izumi was in charge of overseeing.
As a teenager she became deeply involved in running the region herself, and became a regular liaison between the Izumi Clan and Sukorak.
Near S237 or S238 she became romantically involved with Mitsugu Atsutane, who was on track to become the next Inferno after Silia Lai at the time. The two of them were married in S242, and she gave birth to twin sons Zannur and Zederic the following year. Only days after the birth of the boys, both Sera and Mitsgugu were killed while thwarting a plot to overthrow the Northern Province and the Izumi Clan.
